The Q pilot runs in the Quantum Business workspace on ChatGPT mobile and web. Workspace membership lets you open Q; a separate Q invitation and sign-in give you access to your own relationship data. Your personal workspace remains separate.

When you choose to connect your mailbox and calendar, Nylas guides you through your provider's consent process. Q uses that connection to prepare and send individually approved email, surface relevant replies and bounces, and create individually approved events on your primary calendar.
Connecting an account does not approve a message or event. Review the exact recipient and content or event details before approving each action. Q reports the provider's observed outcome. Text messages remain drafts for you to send yourself; reminders stay in Q.
A durable place for relationship work.
Q stores working relationship state on its backend so it carries into your next conversation. You can import a supported contact export, correct or archive relationships, export your available sphere, and pause or leave through Q's participation controls.
