Q Privacy Notice
Quantum provides Q as a relationship operating companion and CRM for invited real estate agents using the Quantum Business workspace in ChatGPT. This page describes how the Q product handles information. Your brokerage, email or calendar provider, and ChatGPT also have their own applicable agreements and settings.
Information Q handles
When you sign in, Q receives an Auth0 identity and authorization context. Q uses that context at request time to identify the organization, agent, and Q sphere that the signed-in person is currently allowed to use.
Q works with relationship information admitted to that Q sphere and with Q-created work such as daily plans, drafts, reviews, approvals, reminders, and reported outcomes.
When you ask Q to remember your own goals and coaching preferences, Q stores them as private companion records. These can include professional or personal goals, success criteria, preferred communication style and work-life boundaries. Q uses the confirmed information to support your requested coaching; it does not make it public or authorize outreach.
Connected Google or Microsoft information
You separately authorize your mailbox and calendar through Nylas. The connection includes your provider account identity and the permissions you grant. Q associates the resulting connection with your signed-in Q identity.
Q uses email access to send the exact work you approve, process relevant reply and bounce notifications, and retrieve a monitored reply's sender, recipients, subject, and message content when you ask Q to prepare a response. Relevant communication activity can appear in your daily brief and recap.
Q reads your calendars to identify the sole writable primary calendar, creates the exact events you approve there, and reads event details when checking an uncertain creation result. It does not interpret mailbox or calendar consent as approval to contact someone.
Actions and connected services
Q can prepare email, calendar, reminder, and manual text work. Email and calendar actions require the agent's explicit approval before Q can submit them to a connected provider. Reminders remain in Q. SMS and iMessage work is a draft for the agent to send from their own messaging app; Q does not send or provider-confirm those messages.
Service providers and storage
Q uses Auth0 for sign-in, Google Cloud to run the service, and Neo4j Aura for durable relationship and Q work records. Nylas connects your separately authorized mailbox and calendar. Records include connection references, drafts, reviewed approvals, provider outcomes, and admitted communication activity.
OpenAI services provide the ChatGPT conversation and Q's bounded model processing. Relevant relationship context, requested work, and a monitored reply's content may be processed to prepare the response or draft you request. Exa provides bounded relationship research using relevant contact names and selected interests or locations. Q-owned research workers may run while your ChatGPT conversation is closed.
Your controls and retained records
You can ask Q to show, export, correct or forget your companion goals and preferences. Showing, exporting and forgetting remain available while your participation is paused. Forgetting excludes the selected entries from future product use; it preserves versioned history and is not physical erasure. Other copies, including the ChatGPT conversation, require their own controls.
You can correct or archive relationships, export your available sphere, and pause or leave Q through its participation controls or your Quantum contact. Pause or loss of authorization blocks subsequent Q product actions; it does not recall email or cancel an event already created. You can also revoke the provider connection through your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Archiving and offboarding do not promise immediate physical erasure. Q preserves versioned history and operational records. Copies can remain in ChatGPT, your mailbox or calendar, backups, and other provider systems. Direct deletion or privacy requests to the Quantum contact who provided your invitation so the applicable handling and remaining copies can be explained; provider-held copies may require separate action with that provider.
Access and questions
Q GPT API requests require Q OAuth authorization. The public privacy page does not require sign-in and does not display a Q sphere, access token, or provider credential. For questions about access to Q data, use the support or administrator contact that provided your Q access.
