QUANTUM Q by Quantum

Q Pilot Participation Terms

Version: q-participant-v1.0

Effective for each participant: when that participant explicitly accepts this version after publication.

1. The Q pilot

Quantum provides Q as a relationship operating companion for invited real-estate agents. You use the shared Q GPT through your own signed-in ChatGPT account and separately authenticate to Q. Q maintains your working relationship state on its backend; a new chat does not create a new sphere.

Q supports up to 250 active relationships that you identify as past clients, friends, family, associates, or introductions. It can prioritize relationship work, ask zero to three useful weekday questions, prepare drafts, maintain reminders, discover relevant signals, and record outcomes. The pilot may change as issues are found. Recommendations, availability, delivery, and business outcomes are not guaranteed.

2. Your authority and responsibilities

Provide only information you are authorized to use for this relationship-management purpose. Follow your brokerage's requirements, source-system permissions, confidentiality obligations, and applicable communication rules. Importing a contact does not establish that person's consent to marketing or waive an opt-out.

Review contact identity, facts, recipients, content, timing, and permissions before acting. Correct information that you know is wrong. Do not use Q for unsolicited bulk outreach, another agent's private sphere, discriminatory or unlawful conduct, or general transaction, legal, financial, or valuation decisions. Do not enter passwords, government identifiers, payment credentials, or unrelated highly sensitive records into conversation or contact notes.

3. How you authorize Q to process information

By accepting, you authorize Quantum to process the identity, profile, relationship, communication, and Q work information you provide or connect to deliver this pilot, maintain durable state, provide support, and protect access to the service.

Q uses Auth0 for sign-in, Google Cloud and Neo4j Aura for its service and durable state, OpenAI services for conversation and bounded model processing, Nylas for your separately authorized mailbox/calendar connection, and Exa for bounded relationship research. Relevant contact names and selected interests or locations may be sent to Exa as research queries. Relevant relationship context and work content may be sent to model services to prepare the response or draft you requested.

Q-owned workers may prepare relationship opportunities while your GPT conversation is closed. This is background processing by Q's backend, not a promise that ChatGPT runs your conversation continuously. See the separate Q Privacy Notice for the product's information-handling description. Your ChatGPT account and other connected services also remain subject to their own terms and settings.

4. Approval before action

Accepting these terms or connecting a provider does not approve any outbound message or calendar event. Q must show the exact recipient and message or event details, and obtain your explicit approval for the reviewed item or a visible, bounded batch before provider execution. Editing the reviewed content requires a new approval.

A draft, approval, or submission is not proof of delivery. Q reports the provider-observed result, including a pending, failed, or uncertain outcome. Do not create a second send or event to resolve uncertainty; use Q's reconciliation path.

Q schedules internal reminders only after approval. Q does not place calls or send SMS/iMessage. You send a manual text or make a call yourself, and Q records those outcomes as reported by you.

5. Control, support, and leaving

You can correct or archive relationships, export your available sphere, and pause or leave Q through its participation controls or the Quantum contact who provided your invitation. Pause or loss of authorization blocks subsequent product actions; it does not recall a message or cancel an event already created at a provider. Export before leaving if you want a copy.

Archiving and offboarding are not a promise of immediate physical erasure. Q preserves versioned history and operational records, and copies may also remain in your ChatGPT account, mailbox, calendar, backups, or other provider systems. Direct deletion and privacy requests to the Quantum contact who provided your invitation. Quantum must explain the applicable handling and any remaining copies; provider-held copies may require a separate request or action in that provider.

6. Commercial arrangements and updated terms

These pilot terms do not establish a fee, commission split, referral arrangement, brokerage relationship, or exclusive commitment. Any such arrangement requires a separate applicable agreement. Nothing here transfers ownership of your relationship data or waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Quantum will present a new version for explicit acceptance when these participation terms change. If you decline, you can use the available export and participation controls to leave. Acceptance of this version does not approve later versions automatically.

Acceptance shown in Q

“I have read and accept Q Pilot Participation Terms version q-participant-v1.0. I am authorized to provide the information I use with Q, and I understand that email/calendar actions still require my separate explicit approval.”
